Associate Director, Global International Tax Strategy
BD
BD is seeking an Associate Director, International Tax, based in USA NJ (Franklin Lakes). You will lead U.S. international provision, Pillar 2 modeling, and planning initiatives, working closely with senior tax leadership and BD finance teams across the globe. The role requires deep experience with GILTI, BEAT, Subpart F, FDII, ASC 740, and cross-border financing.
