Role Overview We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast‑paced, bench‑focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is excited to contribute directly to cutting‑edge medical technology. A formal degree is not required—strong practical experience matters most. What You’ll Do Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine‑pitch BGAs under a microscope Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy Run functional tests on incoming and assembled hardware; document results clearly Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards Assist with lab operations, including organization, equipment upkeep, and basic lab management Calibrate and maintain test equipment; coordinate with external vendors as needed Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs What We’re Looking For Strong hands‑on experience with fine‑pitch soldering and PCB rework Comfortable working under a microscope on small, delicate components High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment Self‑starter who’s comfortable at the bench and adapting in a startup environment Nice to Have Experience in a regulated environment, especially medical devices Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑7711, IPC‑7721, IPC‑6012, and IPC‑6013 Exposure to equipment calibration or lab coordination What We Offer An opportunity to work on exciting, cutting‑edge projects to transform patients’ lives in a highly collaborative work environment.
