Position: Operations Coordinator
Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements:

- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative assistance and information to internal and external callers and visitors regarding department programs and services.
- Handle customer complaints for Collier Area Transit, including entering data into the tracking system and routing for response.
- Review, summarize, and prepare reports and memoranda based on fiscal, statistical, and administrative information.
- Develop and revise division forms, report formats, and report preparation procedures.
- Process financial documents (e.g., purchase order requisitions, invoices), ensure accuracy, apply appropriate account codes, enter data into SAP, and submit for processing.
- Monitor accounting activities against established budgets and projections, preparing summaries for grants, budget deviations, and open purchase orders.
