Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC)

Bright Now! Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking an experienced Travel Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team! We are looking for a motivated, patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with patients while supporting multiple orthodontic teams.

We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates for this travel-based opportunity.

Schedule (days/hours): Tues, Wed, Fri

Responsibilities

• Present and explain orthodontic treatment plans and financial options
• Build strong relationships with patients and help guide them through treatment acceptance
• Coordinate scheduling and patient follow-up
• Support multiple orthodontic offices/providers as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive patient experience
• Collaborate closely with doctors and office teams to help drive practice success

Qualifications

• Prior orthodontic/TCC experience required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a multi-location travel role
• Organized, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Ability to educate patients confidently on treatment and financing options

Compensation: $25-$26/hour
