Product Liability/Complex Tort Associate Attorney

The Role Working as part of an established litigation team, you will be responsible for managing matters through all stages of the litigation process while gaining exposure to complex and high-profile disputes. Key Responsibilities Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution under partner supervision Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other litigation-related documents Conduct legal research and develop case strategy Attend court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Prepare case evaluations, reporting, and litigation strategy recommendations for clients Participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution efforts Collaborate closely with colleagues on complex, multi-party litigation matters Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in New York 4+ years of litigation experience Experience handling matters involving personal injury, premises liability, product liability, toxic torts, or other complex civil litigation Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills Why Apply?
