Asbestos/Toxic Tort Associate Attorney

Our client is a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ trial firm, that primarily represents victims in high-stakes, complex legal disputes and tort liability. The qualified candidate will manage and work-up varied asbestos litigations cases. Responsibilities and qualifications are as follows: 2+ years of litigation experience with a medium to large-size firm in the field of asbestos litigation (preferable), or experience with medical malpractice, toxic tort, or complex catastrophic litigation Plaintiff side litigation experience is required. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Experience with state and Federal court cases. A team player with a great attitude. This firm has an impressive track record for plaintiff verdicts, and they try the most cases, so the Associate will obtain great experience. No Associates will be pigeonholed in an activity. International work: Associates will have opportunity to travel to Europe. Real partnership prospects: A book isn't necessary, only "excellence" is. Compensation range is dependent on experience level: $135,000-$165,000.
