HR Assistant
Auburn Community Hospital
Human Resource AssistantThe Human Resource Assistant will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization’s human resource and employee health departments. Qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are also required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is necessary, as well as proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. Ability to work in fast-paced settings and ability to multitask are also required. High School diploma or equivalent is required, Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred. Prior related office experience is preferred. Salary: $21-$24/hourly Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
