Join us in shaping the future of employee benefits!As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a key role in our Finance team, contributing to accurate financial reporting, compliance, and process optimization. Your work will help ensure financial integrity and support strategic decision-making across the business.You will:Bring fresh ideas to improve accounting processes and drive efficienciesCollaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and People teamsPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedulesSupport month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processesMaintain the integrity of the general ledger and financial documentationAnalyze financial results, investigate variances, and identify trendsPerform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesSupport audits, tax filings, and compliance requirementsOwn sales tax filings and manage multi-state compliance (TaxJar)Run U.S. payroll and manage adjustments and pre-tax contributionsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and system optimizationLead and mentor Staff Accountants, including reviewing work and coachingWe're looking for someone who's not just checking boxes but truly excited to make an impact.
