Program Manager

Our client is a well-established and growing organization supporting advanced technologies within the aerospace and defense industries. With decades of innovation and a strong reputation for quality and reliability, they are expanding their team to meet increasing demand and support new product development initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and execute multiple projects within a fast-paced, technical environment. This role requires a highly organized professional who can manage complex programs, review technical documentation, and effectively interface with both internal teams and external customers. Manage multiple programs to ensure delivery aligns with cost, schedule, and performance objectives Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and contract deliverables Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution Monitor project budgets including labor, materials, and external services Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and industry regulations Lead project reviews, track progress, and proactively address risks and issues Maintain strong customer relationships and provide ongoing communication and updates Oversee project closeout activities and ensure proper documentation Identify opportunities for additional business and follow-on work Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred) 3–7+ years of program or project management experience within a manufacturing environment Experience supporting aerospace or defense programs is a plus Proven ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Strong experience with project reviews, planning, and cost control Familiarity with full project lifecycle processes Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain security clearance Interested candidates can submit their resume for immediate consideration to View email address on click.appcast.io
