The Anthony Shine Agency with Farmers Insurance is looking for a licensed Insurance Producer to join our growing team.

This is a full-time, production-focused role for someone who is motivated by growth, enjoys building relationships, and wants to help clients protect what matters most. Your primary responsibility will be generating new business across multiple insurance products while developing strong relationships with prospects and clients.

We are looking for someone who is competitive, accountable, coachable, and motivated to consistently achieve monthly production goals.

This is a full-time, in-office position offering a $54,000 base salary plus performance-based bonuses , along with opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the agency.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and cross-selling.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, Umbrella, Life, Business, and Specialty Insurance products.
• Respond quickly and professionally to new leads and sales opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Conduct insurance conversations focused on understanding client needs and identifying appropriate protection opportunities.
• Cross-sell additional insurance products based on client needs.
• Ask for referrals and actively develop new sources of business.
• Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity within the agency CRM.
• Meet or exceed established activity and monthly production goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with the agency team to ensure new clients transition smoothly after the sale.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
• Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong sales, prospecting, and closing abilities
• Comfortable making outbound calls, following up with prospects, and asking for referrals
• Organized, disciplined, and able to manage an active sales pipeline
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to participate in ongoing sales training
• Proficient with computers and willing to learn agency technology and CRM systems

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a $54,000 annual base salary plus performance-based bonuses tied to monthly production goals .

The compensation structure is designed to provide a strong, stable base salary while rewarding producers who consistently achieve and exceed agency production expectations.

There is no cap on performance-based earning potential , and successful producers will have opportunities for increased responsibility and advancement as the agency continues to grow.
