WIM's Investment Solutions Team is seeking a Product Owner to support the build-out of its Advisory Platform. Reporting to the Technology Leader, Head of Product, and Investment Solutions Leader, this role will own product management across major advisory platform initiatives, with a focus on UMA platform expansion and advisor workflow modernization. The Product Owner will lead delivery outcomes for a large scrum team, advance AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure alignment among business objectives, technology delivery, advisor experience, risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements. This is a no-travel role with a growth path to Senior Product Owner.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities in alignment with business objectives, technology delivery, and advisor experience outcomes.
- Manage and prioritize product backlogs with clear requirements, defined scope, and strategic alignment.
- Lead release planning, dependency management, and open-issue governance across teams.
- Provide end-to-end product ownership for the Advisory Platform and delivery outcomes within assigned scope.
- Engage business owners, technology leads, operations partners, scrum masters, and delivery teams to drive decisions and maintain momentum.
- Resolve complex product and delivery challenges while balancing business needs, technical constraints, and risk considerations.
- Advance UMA platform expansion and advisor workflow modernization initiatives.
- Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities to enhance personalization, decision support, and workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate stream-level activities within a flatter organizational model.
- Ensure adherence to risk, control, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Wealth Management or Wealth Advisory Platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management product ownership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in product management, Agile/Scrum, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with wealth management platforms.
- Experience with Unified Managed Accounts, including InvestCloud.
