Assistant General Counsel - HR Risk & Compliance

Markel Corporation is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for HR Risk & Compliance to shape workplace strategy and reduce risk across the insurance platform. You will partner with HR and leaders on complex employment matters and lead the US-facing employee relations function.
The role requires a JD, active bar admission in at least one qualifying state, and 10+ years in US employment law with broad HR compliance knowledge. A hybrid US-based work model is available.
