Human Resources Assistant: I

PAY: $20/hr

Description:

There is a possibility, but no guarentee, that this can be a 3 month contract to hire.

Assist the HR team aligned to the Home Health segment of the company in delivering required pre-hire & onboarding process deliverables across a variety of site locations. This includes but is not limited to assisting with:

• Post-employment drug screening

• Managing the background process including clinical licensure review

• Uploading appropriate paperwork in DoucCloud (I-9, offer letters, sign-on bonuses)

• Using e-verification system for I-9's

• Preparing reports and correspondence about status of pre-hire and onboarding processes, referring issues as needed to HR team

• Coordinating communications with employees and office staff regarding day 1 actions, including registering new hires for orientation

• Prepare reports and correspondence, as directed.

• Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by Human Resources Department.
