Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representatives who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and making meaningful contributions to our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in fostering trust and ensuring a positive experience for all clients, both English and Spanish-speaking.

Customer service is essential for building lasting relationships, and we are looking for someone who excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls, offering clear, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Book and coordinate transportation schedules for clients, collaborating with the dispatch team to confirm availability.
• Update and maintain client account information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify insurance eligibility for clients.
• Communicate effectively with case managers and patients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely solutions and fostering positive relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center.
• Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• General computer knowledge and the ability to navigate customer service software.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and reference checks.
• Successful completion of reference checks and verification of employment application details.
