Key Responsibilities\n

• Act as a key liaison between families and outpatient providers to facilitate comprehensive care coordination.

• Engage with insurance companies to manage pre-certifications and oversee utilization management processes.

• Participate actively in discharge planning and aftercare development, ensuring that clients have continued support as they transition.

• Provide therapeutic meal support to students, helping them develop a healthier relationship with food and body image.

• Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, considering their specific backgrounds and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
