Job Description Job Description About the Role: Join RODRIGUEZ TARAZI LAW PLLC as a Front Desk / Admin Staff and be the welcoming face of our legal team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor and assist with inquiries. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members. Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office. Assist with the preparation and organization of legal documents. Maintain a clean and organized front office environment. Handle client correspondence and ensure timely follow-ups. Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records. Support office operations with various administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: Must be biligual, English/Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional demeanor and a positive attitude. Experience in a legal environment is a plus.
