We have an opportunity for a level 3 Program Planner to join our mission supporting the National Security Space (NSS) Global Communication and Navigation (GCN) team in Littleton, CO or Highlands Ranch, CO . Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….

• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations
• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline
• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required
• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management

This position is contingent upon program contract award expected by September 2026 #LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of professional experience in an operational planning or scheduling type of capacity
• Proficiency in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, etc
• Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to compile, prepare and present information to management and customers
• Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master awareness and knowledge
• JIRA awareness and knowledge
• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college
• Active TS/SCI security clearance
• Agile Planning and/or Scrum Master advanced experience
• Advanced experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project
• Additional planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP)
• Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.
• Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations
• JIRA advanced experience
• Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
