Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable invoices, including a 3-way matching to purchase orders
- Accounts Payable Specialist will collaborate with approvers and related departments to secure payment approvals
- Accounts Payable Specialist will enter invoices into the system, maintain supporting documentation, and assist with check run preparation
- Support ad hoc AP projects and team initiatives
Preferred Qualifications of the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Accounts payable experience
- The right person will be professional, communicative, and self-motivated
- Accounts Payable Specialist must be proficient in Excel
