Accounts Payable Specialist – Glastonbury, CT
Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team.

Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and upload documents into a proprietary system
- Process full-cycle accounts payable, averaging approximately 100 invoices per week
- Perform filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties as needed
- Opportunity to be cross-trained in additional areas of accounting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accounting or related degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- ERP experience is a plus
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Highly organized with a strong willingness to learn
Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour
