Commercial Property Supervisor

Job Description We are seeking an experienced in Commercial Office Building Management individual. A highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the management and maintenance of our commercial and residential property portfolio. This position will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of our commercial and residential property occupancy and profitability. Qualifications Proven experience working as a property supervisor with commercial and residential real estate 5+ years. RE license Strong knowledge of property management practices: leases, budgets, CAMs , reading reports, working with vendors & their qualifications, understanding insurance, tenant's files, inspections, property codes, etc. Excellent commination and interpersonal skills Project management skills including TI's Proficient in property management software, Appfolio is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations, including lease management, tenant's files, rent collections, and tenant communications, addressing their needs and resolving any issues or concerns, vendors, w-9 and insurance, etc. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and identify any maintenance or repair needs. Leasing residential and commercial properties Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion. Collaborate with leasing agents to market and attract new tenants Be familiar with financial analysis, including budget preparation and expense tracking. Ability to read the month-end report Maintain tenant records directory, e-filing, privacy and security conduct Required Skills Appfolio Understanding use of ChatGPT, Clawdbot, Cause, etc Typing 60 wpm is a must Knowledge of insurances, invoices, AP, AR, proposals, filing, and other Property Management tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills. Always on time. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is a must. Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
