The 12 Training & Wellness, voted ClassPass TOP GYM for 2023 and 2024, offers a range of premium fitness and wellness services. Our facilities include group sessions, an open gym, sauna, cold plunge, chiropractic services, peptides, and a functional medicine & wellness clinic. Located in Costa Mesa and Irvine, we provide a welcoming space for fitness enthusiasts with one free group session and a free week of open gym. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Club Director at The 12 Training & Wellness in Orange County, CA. The Club Director will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure high-quality customer service, and drive membership growth. Responsibilities include coordinating group sessions, maintaining facility standards, developing wellness programs, and fostering a positive gym community. The role also involves financial management, marketing initiatives, and strategic planning to enhance the club's offerings.
