Renewals Manager

Responsibilities drive consistent growth on ATR by identifying expansion opportunities serve as the primary point of contact for the field oversee the end-to-end renewal lifecycle develop a deep understanding of customer and partner procurement processes conduct rigorous process management and financial assessments Requirements BA/BS (or equivalent) 5+ years of proven experience in implementing renewal contracts for software and services previous sales experience end-to-end renewals cycle experience including up-sells and timely contract closures experience with CRM tools (i.e., SFDC) strong negotiation and interpersonal skills consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets advanced proficiency in leveraging AI tools for daily operations Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, including contract negotiations and leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency.
