Role Description The Account Director will be responsible for overseeing key client accounts, managing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. This part-time on-site role is based in Los Angeles County, CA and involves developing strategic client relationships, leading collaborative efforts across teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands‑on management, and interpersonal communication to maintain client satisfaction and achieve company objectives. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Account Management, with the ability to nurture and grow client relationships Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to guide and inspire teams effectively Strong background in Sales and ability to achieve and exceed targets while fostering client trust Proficiency in Project Management to plan, execute, and complete projects on schedule Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills Experience in the automotive industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
