Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services, you will perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments, ensuring a thorough understanding of each client's unique situation and mental health needs.

• Engaging clients in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, applying evidence-based approaches tailored to assist them in overcoming specific challenges.

• Documenting in detail client progress through progress notes, treatment plans, and session summaries to monitor therapy effectiveness and adjust plans accordingly.

• Coordinating special programs within the Behavioral Health Department, focusing on prevention and community resource development to enhance mental health services.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring timely responses to client emergencies and effectively managing their care.

Qualifications\n
