RCM Specialist

To support a high-performing team, the full-time remote RCM Success Specialist will serve as the primary communication point for practice owners and staff, addressing inquiries related to patient claims and billing workflows while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary communication point between RCM operations and customers Respond to inquiries regarding patient claims, payer configurations, and billing workflows Work cross-functionally to identify issues and coordinate resolutions, communicating solutions clearly and empathetically Required Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) with knowledge of patient billing and claims management Strong understanding of EDI, ERA, and clearinghouse workflows preferred Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and EHR/RCM tools Familiarity with reimbursement processes in therapy settings preferred A college degree is preferred but not required; critical thinking and communication skills are essential
