Oracle HCM Talent Management Lead

Responsibilities Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management. Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements. Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Talent Management processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design based on Oracle functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc. Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks including Page Personalization, Security, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules, etc. Create functional and technical design documents. Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation. Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements. Requirements Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Talent Management Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (or Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience) Bonus Points Experience across Oracle HCM Core HR, Learning, or Recruiting Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS Successfully partnered with clients to deliver large scale implementation projects #J-18808-Ljbffr Accenture
