Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' specific needs, including evaluations for co-occurring disorders and developing individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to formulate and implement personalized treatment strategies aimed at addressing addiction, trauma, and other related mental health issues.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that promote self-exploration, healing, and resilience, using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Continually monitor and assess clients' progress throughout their rehabilitation journey, ensuring adaptability in treatment plans based on evolving needs and circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and addiction specialists, to create a holistic care approach tailored to each client's requirements.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health, coping mechanisms, addiction recovery principles, and available resources for sustained support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems as required.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
