Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Elevate Wellness Solutions, your daily activities will revolve around the following key responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients suffering from major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, providing direct clinical services both in-office and in the community.

• Quickly establish trust and rapport with patients to foster a comfortable therapeutic environment.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and assessments to identify mental health needs, escalating to more detailed evaluations when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor integrated care plans, liaising with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure seamless access to necessary services.

• Participate actively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, focused on collaboration and achieving shared goals.

• Crisis intervention: respond effectively to urgent client needs and intervene according to established protocols.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

The primary focus of this role will be on patients at our hospice center who may be experiencing complex emotional challenges stemming from chronic illness, terminal diagnoses, and end-of-life issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
