We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Multi‑Site Manager with exceptional leadership qualities and a proven success record to oversee our expanding portfolio. As the Multi‑Site Manager, you will ensure the effective operation of multiple retail locations, guiding and developing a high‑performing team of property managers. Key Responsibilities Review budgets and P&L statements with property managers to set objectives that align with company goals. Ensure each location meets and exceeds targeted revenue projections. Identify, propose, and implement operational enhancements, sales strategies, and marketing initiatives to boost revenue growth. Oversee budgets related to payroll, repairs, and maintenance, including management of the property manager incentive program. Conduct regular audits of properties to maintain safety and compliance with company standards. Manage delinquent tenant processes, coaching teams to minimize delinquency rates and enhance customer retention. Develop the skills of store managers to maximize profitability. Foster a sales‑oriented and customer‑centric culture within the team. Motivate, train, and mentor associates across locations, focusing on excellent customer service and sales techniques, including cross‑selling and upselling. Maintain a welcoming environment for customers through effective facility upkeep and vendor management. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Ensure ideal organization and presentation of stores through exemplary leadership. Qualifications Associate's Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in multi‑unit management within the storage industry is preferred. A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role. Demonstrable leadership experience in recruiting, training, and retaining hourly team members. Willingness to travel to various properties within your district. Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and effective time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web‑based systems. Proven track record of driving revenue while managing expenses within budget. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate tactfully and maintain positive relationships with customers and staff. Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
