Global CX Program Lead, Airports & Venues
Uber Technologies Inc
Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Lead for Airports & Venues CX to own the global defect reduction program.
You will use AI to detect, diagnose, prevent, and resolve airport CX defects while guiding cross-functional teams across Product, Ops, and CX to reduce churn and improve traveler experiences at priority hubs.
