Global SMB Programs Leader

OpenAI is seeking a Scaled Programs Lead for the SMB Ads Marketing team in a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York. You will build and scale global programs engaging SMB-focused agencies and partners, driving awareness, education, recruitment, and participation across markets.
You will shape audience segmentation, incentives, and co-marketing initiatives, while coordinating across Marketing, Partnerships, Sales, Product, and Operations to deliver measurable growth and operational
