Digital Enablement Specialist - remote

We are looking for a remote Digital Enablement Specialist to support the Commercial Excellence team in Calvert, North Mobile County, AL.This is a remote position. Candidates must be able and willing to travel to Mobile, Alabama, on an as-needed basisObjective: The Digital Enablement Specialist serves as the commercial team's primary bridge between Sales and our IT team, enabling day-to-day digital operations across the BA Americas region. This role owns CRM super-user support, extranet administration, and the development and maintenance of internal tools (including CommercialHub) that empower the sales organization to operate efficiently and leverage technology to its fullest potential.Requirements:Related college degree or equivalent work experience.3+ years in Digital program deployment and experience leading Digital change.Proven capability to build Digital roadmaps and align with enterprise architecture.Digital dexterity.
