The Erika Group is a boutique luxury real estate team at Compass serving buyers and sellers throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Executive Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of our team and a trusted partner to the founder. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business at an early stage, take on meaningful responsibility, and help shape the systems, processes, and client experience that define our brand.

This is a fully in-person role based in Washington, DC. We believe the best ideas come from collaboration, mentorship, and working side by side. You'll work directly alongside the founder, gain exposure to every aspect of the business, and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from day one.

This is not a traditional administrative role. It's an opportunity for someone who enjoys building, improving, organizing, and making ambitious ideas happen.

What You'll Do

Build Exceptional Client Experiences

  • Deliver a concierge-level experience from first conversation through closing
  • Coordinate every detail to ensure transactions run seamlessly
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, lenders, title companies, and agents
  • Create a polished, organized, and memorable experience for every client

Drive Business Operations

  • Manage residential transactions from contract to closing
  • Build and refine operational systems and workflows
  • Oversee calendars, scheduling, and project management
  • Coordinate listing launches, marketing initiatives, client events, and special projects
  • Manage CRM systems, databases, and business processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency as the business grows

Partner with the Founder

  • Serve as a trusted right hand and strategic thought partner
  • Anticipate needs and solve problems before they arise
  • Keep priorities organized and projects moving forward
  • Bring structure, accountability, and follow-through to every aspect of the business

Real estate experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in executive support, operations, consulting, hospitality, project management, events, law, finance, or other client-service industries are encouraged to apply.
