Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address pre-crisis and crisis situations, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication management strategies for clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and facilitating effective communication within our clinical team.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic interventions to guide treatment and improve patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage actively in compliance with licensing and accreditation requirements while serving as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
