Customer Operations Representative

As an entry-level full-time Associate Customer Operations Representative, the candidate will be responsible for processing financial and non-financial activities related to annuity products, maintaining accuracy to enhance customer experience, and collaborating with team members to address customer inquiries and improve operational efficiencies. Key responsibilities Directly contact customers and agents to resolve open issues Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, including checks and wires Maintain team and special partner SLAs while collaborating across the organization Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree is a plus 1-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in processing transactions Experience working in a customer-focused environment Proficiency in administrative systems for processing financial transactions
