Accounts Receivable & Office Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Office Coordinator to support accounts receivable, collections, and daily office operations. This role includes processing payments, reconciling transactions, following up on outstanding balances, assisting customers with billing questions, and handling general office and administrative tasks. This is an in-office, part-time position requiring approximately 25–30 hours per week , Monday through Friday, with preferred hours of 9:00 AM to 2:00 or 3:00 PM . There may be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role in the future. #J-18808-Ljbffr
