Elevate your career with us!What You'll DoIdentify customer concerns and recommend appropriate solutions.Explain required services, costs, and estimated completion times.Perform vehicle walk-arounds to assess customer needs.Obtain customer approval for recommended services and repairs.Offer and review multi-point vehicle inspections.Provide clear and accurate service estimates.Coordinate repair work with technicians and assign repair orders.Communicate repair updates and vehicle status to customers..Deliver completed vehicles to customers promptly.Follow company customer service and communication processes throughout the service visit.What You'll BringPrevious High-Line Service Advisor experience preferredAutomotive knowledge or technician background is a plusCommunication and organizational skillsValid driver's license with acceptable driving recordOpen availability, including SaturdaysTotal Rewards($66,000 to $114,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
