Digital Marketing Account Manager

To support and grow key accounts within the National Sales channel, the full-time remote Digital Marketing Account Manager will manage multi-location clients in the Health & Wellness vertical, focusing on client retention, campaign execution, and revenue growth through strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities Develop strategic, customized advertising solutions in collaboration with Brand Managers and internal teams Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including contracts, onboarding, billing, reporting, and optimization Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account expansion and enhance client relationships Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, particularly with multi-channel solutions Hands-on experience with performance-driven digital advertising, including PPC and Google Performance Max campaigns Experience in client-facing account management and collaboration with sales teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems, such as Salesforce
