Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual, comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, identifying their strengths and needs to establish a solid foundation for therapy.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to individual clients as well as families and groups.

• Work in partnership with physicians, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care plans, ensuring a holistic approach to client wellness.

• Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services to assist in their ongoing mental health journeys.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes meticulously in electronic health records; ensure timely and accurate reporting of outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
