ProGuard Roofing is growing, and we’re looking for a hands-on, entry-level Project Manager to help us deliver high-quality roofing projects across Arizona. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of roofing experience who is ready to take the next step into project management.

What We Offer: \n

• Paid Training : 1 months of full-time paid onboarding and job-shadowing to ensure success
\n
• Base Salary : $50,000–$60,000/year to start (W-2)
\n
• Raise Opportunity : Eligible for $60,000–$70,000 after 12 months based on performance
\n
• Gas Coverage : Company gas card provided for work-related travel using company vehicle
\n
• Time Off : Standard W-2 vacation and sick leave (PTO accrual)
\n
• Health Insurance : Not provided at this time
\n

Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Manage daily operations on roofing projects
\n
• Deliver and pick up materials (manual labor involved)
\n
• Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and communication
\n
• Maintain customer satisfaction
\n
• Drive between job sites (local travel)
\n

✅ Qualifications: \n

Required:

\n

\n
• 2–3 years of roofing experience (tile, shingles, etc.)
\n
• Valid driver's license
\n
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
\n
• Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites
\n
• Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented
\n

\n

Preferred:

\n

\n
• Prior leadership or foreman experience
\n
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors
\n
• Familiarity with roofing materials and scopes of work
\n
