Business Process Specialist

Data AnalystAs a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and maintaining execution-focused analytics across the development lifecycle, with emphasis on equipment/OFCI tracking, construction progress, commissioning status, and operational readiness. This role leverages structured data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and ServiceNow to deliver accurate reporting, lifecycle analytics, and actionable insights. It enables milestone visibility and supports upstream design, procurement, and scenario planning decisions.RESPONSIBILITIES, other duties may be assigned.Develop and manage dashboards and analytics to track engineering progress, equipment/OFCI status, construction, commissioning, and turnover readinessPartner with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate equipment demand data and delivery alignmentLeverage data from Oracle, Autodesk Forma, Palantir, Smartsheet, CxAlloy, and/or ServiceNow to provide consistent and transparent development execution insightsSurface lifecycle risks and cost drivers that inform TCO planning and investment decisionsEnable structured insights that support scenario planning, procurement timing, and operational risk mitigationLead and develop a team of analysts supporting execution data, reporting tools, and system workflowsCollaborate with Capital Planning, Cost Controls, and Operations teams to ensure lifecycle data supports cross-functional decision-makingBASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field or equivalent professional experienceThree or more years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on data analysis and visualization.Proficiency using Snowflake, Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, or similar data analysis/reporting tool to manage and analyze data.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Relevant professional experience in project analytics, reporting, construction management, or development operationsRelevant certifications in data analysis or business intelligenceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESIntegrity – Maintains honest and open relationships with end users.Execution – Completes tasks effectively and efficiently, strives to complete tasks within users' needs.Agility – Able to problem solve to resolve end users challenges and/or project requirements.Development – Self-learner and starter, eager to learn new application features and functionalities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.TOTAL REWARDSThis role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending and HSA accounts; paid holidays; paid time off; paid volunteer days; employee assistance program; tuition assistance; parental leave; military leave assistance; QTS scholarship for dependents; wellness program, and other company benefits.This position is bonus eligible.We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
