Pomeroy Living is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. Part-time positions available. Schedule/shifts available: work some weekdays, 4:30 - 8:30 p.m. and every other weekend either day or afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors to the community.
Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
Assist with general office duties, such as filing and data entry.
Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
