Well-known leadership and development organization Over 10 years of sustained growth and innovation Access to cutting-edge tools and systems Be part of a mission-driven company helping people make positive life changes Education and training tools provided to support your success Position Controller Location Onsite – Aventura, Florida Salary Range $150,000 – $195,000 What The Company Offers 90% employer-paid health insurance for employees and their families Dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and generous PTO A stable, supportive work environment High visibility and influence as part of the executive leadership team Responsibilities Of The Controller Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for multiple entities Lead budgeting and monitor all aspects of financial operations Present financials and budget insights to the executive team Oversee federal and state tax filings and payments Manage annual financial statement submissions to external CPA firm Establish and maintain financial policies and internal controls Oversee Revenue Cycle, AP, AR, Payroll, GL, Fixed Assets, and reconciliations Conduct financial analysis and prepare ad hoc reports Participate in executive-level decision-making Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Monitor open legal matters and maintain payroll records Qualifications Of The Controller 3–5+ years of experience as Controller in a mid-size to large company Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; Master’s/CPA is highly preferred Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Proven leadership skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality Strong communication and entrepreneurial mindset Experience managing a team of 10+ Previous experience in public accounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
