Title Clerk

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a valued client to identify a detail-oriented Title Clerk to support a high-volume administrative and documentation team. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity offering long-term growth potential for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining accuracy in critical records and documentation. This position will pay between $20 and $23/hr. depending on experience. Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-hour shift with start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Occasional overtime as business needs require. Key Responsibilities Process, organize, and maintain title and ownership documentation related to acquired vehicles and inventory. Track title status within internal systems and update records to ensure accuracy. Prepare and submit title applications and supporting documentation to appropriate agencies and third parties. Match incoming titles with corresponding files and verify completeness and accuracy. Research and resolve missing titles by communicating with financial institutions, vendors, government agencies, and other external contacts. Run regular reporting, review outstanding title issues, and provide status updates to internal stakeholders. Assist team members with title processing, registrations, mailings, and other administrative functions as needed. Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with established procedures. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of work. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Positive, team-oriented attitude. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior title processing, dealership office, records management, or administrative experience is preferred.
