Title & Registration Processor I

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk on behalf of our client in Hamilton, Ohio. This first-shift opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience processing vehicle titles, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with state regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting administrative and title processing functions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities Process vehicle title work, registrations, transfers, and related documentation accurately and efficiently
Review title paperwork for completeness and compliance with state regulations
Maintain organized records and filing systems for title documents and supporting paperwork
Communicate with dealerships, customers, lenders, and government agencies regarding title status and documentation requirements
Resolve title discrepancies and research missing or inaccurate information
Enter and update information within internal systems while ensuring data accuracy
Support additional administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications Previous experience as a Title Clerk, Automotive Title Specialist, or related administrative role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Knowledge of Ohio vehicle title processing is highly preferred
