Business Ownership Leads the retail team in achieving daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, and meets store financial plans through decision‑making that drives employee engagement and a collaborative selling environment. Assesses and strategizes to improve performance goals (Conversion, Units Per Transaction, Sales Per Hour and other measurable KPIs). Utilizes company tools and resources to evaluate the business, celebrate wins and address opportunities. Team Management Recruits, hires, pays and terminates all levels of store personnel, including store managers; demonstrates strong hiring and development track record. Manages employee relations, coaching and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with Beyond Yoga and LS&Co. operational policies. Facilitates onboarding, training and culture orientation for new hires, covering product knowledge and selling practices. Coaches staff to increase knowledge, provides development opportunities and creates succession plans for promotion. In‑Store Experience & Operations Manages payroll plan, store schedules and labor costs to match weekly and monthly sales requirements. Maintains inventory accuracy, oversees receiving, labeling, pricing and loss prevention initiatives. Executes visual merchandising standards and adapts displays to store layout, ensuring stories are told through styling. Plans and directs floor replenishment to keep product levels optimal. Creates a compelling store experience by modeling selling and service behaviors. Community & Culture Builds relationships, embraces individuality, and fosters a culture of diversity and inclusion. Collaborates with the store team and home‑office partners to engage the local community and support brand‑engagement events. Acts as a brand ambassador embodying and cultivating company values. About You Enjoys juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. Serves as a collaborative role model aligned with a culture of inclusion and belonging. Self‑starter with a growth mindset, learning new tools and adapting to initiatives. Has progressive retail leadership experience with proven coaching, teaching and supervisory skills. Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
