Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our organization, you will:

• Facilitate group therapy sessions designed to foster connection among clients, allowing participants to share their experiences and support each other in a safe environment.

• Provide individual therapy to clients, utilizing empathetic listening and advanced counseling techniques to help clients unpack their emotions and develop tailored coping strategies.

• Collaboratively develop treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring tailored plans are both realistic and goal-oriented based on their unique needs and preferences.
\n
• Monitor progress by employing various assessment tools and gathering client feedback, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness.
\n
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, maintaining open communication regarding client care and consultations on complex cases to ensure comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on young adults aged 18 to 30, a group facing unique mental health challenges and changes in transitional life stages. You will play a crucial role in guiding these young individuals through their struggles with anxiety, depression, relationships, and more, while empowering them to reclaim their lives and motivate them toward a healthier future.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.

• A current and valid LPC license in the state of Tennessee.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
