Associate Director Business Development

Ambition have partnered with a leading global law firm in its search for an Associate Director, Business Development - Project Development & Finance to support one of the firm's most high-performing and internationally recognized finance practices. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior legal marketing and business development professional to work closely with partners and clients on complex, cross-border infrastructure, energy, and project finance matters. In this role, you will act as a strategic leader and trusted advisor, shaping and executing business development strategy across the Project Development & Finance practice. You'll drive high-impact, multi-disciplinary initiatives that support sustainable growth, deepen client relationships, and strengthen the practice's global market position. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to translate market intelligence, client insights, and competitive analysis into clear, actionable growth strategies. From leading sophisticated pitches and proposals to driving thought leadership and client engagement initiatives, you will play a critical role in positioning the practice for continued success.
