Role Description The Partner role is a contract position based in Fresno, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines in-office collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with clients and prospective clients, assessing their financial needs, and presenting tailored solutions across insurance, retirement, estate planning, and wealth-building strategies. The Partner will develop and maintain client relationships, conduct financial education sessions, and use planning tools and calculators to help clients understand their options. This role also involves staying current on relevant financial products and regulations, collaborating with other team members to deliver integrated solutions, and participating in business development activities to grow the client base. Qualifications Strong client-facing abilities, including relationship building, needs assessment, and clear communication of complex financial concepts. Experience with financial planning, wealth management, or insurance solutions (e.g., life insurance, annuities, retirement income strategies, estate planning, mortgage protection). Comfort with using financial tools and calculators to illustrate scenarios and support data-driven recommendations. Ability to work independently in a contract role while collaborating effectively within a hybrid environment in Fresno, CA. Relevant licenses or willingness to obtain them (such as life and health insurance licenses, and other applicable state registrations). Prior experience in sales, business development, or advisory roles in financial services is highly beneficial.
