IT Support Specialist

Delivering high-quality technical support, the full-time IT Support Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, and maintaining IT documentation in a remote environment with occasional in-person meetings. Key Responsibilities Delivers exceptional end-user experience through clear communication and responsive follow-through Diagnoses and resolves technical issues via remote troubleshooting and manages clean hand-offs to Tier 3 support Executes employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including software provisioning and equipment delivery Required Qualifications Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or 3-5 years of equivalent work experience Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office 365 Working knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, including Active Directory and Azure Experience with desktop imaging methodologies and endpoint management tools Familiarity with networking fundamentals and scripting languages is a plus
